Returns Policy

Our Returns Promise

We want you to love your new t-shirt! But if you’re not completely happy, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Returns Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item.
Once you’ve told us, you have another 14 days to send it back.

How to Return

1. Email us at neil@neilalexander.net with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll confirm the return and provide the return address.

3. Package the item securely and post it back to us.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• All tags and original packaging must be intact.

If the item is returned in unsuitable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Exclusions

We can’t accept returns for:

• Customised or personalised t-shirts, unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check it, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original postage costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or colour, please let us know when you request your return.
We’ll process your exchange as soon as the original item arrives back with us (subject to stock availability).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at neil@neilalexander.net within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll cover return postage and send you a replacement or full refund.
